Job description

Join the Tilt team

At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. With millions of customers worldwide, we're not just changing how people access financial products — we're creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward.

The Opportunity: Product Manager, Cash

We're hiring a Product Manager for our cash products, the fast, high-volume liquidity products at the center of the business. You'll own meaningful surfaces of products used by millions, with the room and expectation to run big pieces yourself.

This is a builder's seat on a highly analytical team. You'll live in the data, work comfortably with analysis, design and read experiments, and move fast on a product where small changes compound across huge volume. We want someone self-directed enough to take an ambiguous problem, frame it, and drive it to a shipped result without a lot of hand-holding. The people who thrive here set their own direction and don't wait to be told what to work on.

Analytical horsepower is the baseline. We also want you to bring, and keep building, a real user point of view. You'll have strong analytical partners around you, and the growth edge in this role is pairing that rigor with sharper instincts for the user experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Meaningful surfaces of the cash products, from problem framing through experiment design, launch, and readout.

  • A steady cadence of experiments: you define the hypotheses, get the instrumentation right, and interpret results with an eye on timing and release mechanics.

  • The trade-offs between business outcomes and user experience on a high-volume product where both matter.

  • Clear, direct communication of what you're doing and why, to a demanding, fast-moving set of stakeholders.

  • Coordination with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Credit, Design, and Support on product changes, including regulatory reviews, support escalation workflows, and operational readiness.

What the First 90 Days Look Like

  • By day 30: A working command of the product, the data, and the funnel. You know how the surfaces you own perform, where the friction is, and where the biggest experiment opportunities sit.

  • By day 60: Sharp hypotheses on your top opportunities, with the first experiments designed, instrumented, and in build.

  • By day 90: Experiments live and reading out, with a prioritized backlog and a clear point of view on what to double down on next.

Why You're a Great Fit

  • Strong analytical foundation. You're fluent in data, experienced with dashboards and SQL, and you understand A/B testing, experiment timing, and release mechanics in depth.

  • Self-direction. You take a loosely defined problem and drive it forward on your own initiative. People who need a fully scoped brief to get moving struggle here.

  • A builder's background. Nice to have if you’re a former engineer who moved into product and like to stay close to how things actually get built and measured.

  • Strong communication. You're clear, concise, and direct, and you can make your reasoning legible to a sharp audience.

  • Drive and velocity. You move quickly and take real ownership of outcomes.

  • Growing user instincts. You care about the user experience, not just the metric, and you want to sharpen that muscle. We'll support that growth.

  • Comfort operating in a regulated environment. You'll work closely with Legal, Compliance, Design, Credit and Support, seeking partnerships as part of the product process to deliver stronger outcomes.

  • Consumer product experience is a plus.

Don’t meet every qualification? We care about potential over your past. If you're bringing ambition and drive to what we're building, we want to hear from you.

What you'll get at Tilt

  • Virtual-first teamwork: The Tilt team is collaborating across 14 countries, 12 time zones, and counting. You’ll get started with a WFH office reimbursement.

  • Competitive pay: We're big on potential, and it's reflected in our competitive compensation packages and generous equity.

  • Complete support: Find flexible health plans at every premium level, and substantial subsidies that stand up to global standards.

  • Visibility is yours: You can count on direct exposure to our leadership team — we’re a team where good ideas travel quickly.

  • Impact is recognized: Growth opportunities follow your contributions, not rigid promotion timelines.

The Tilt Way

We're looking for people who chase excellence and impact. Those who stand behind their work, celebrating the wins and learning from the missteps equally. We foster an environment where every voice is valued and mutual respect is non-negotiable — brilliant jerks need not apply. We're in this together, working to expand access to fair credit and prove that people are incredible. When you join us, it's not just another day at the [virtual] office, you're helping millions of hardworking people reach better financial futures.

You’re pushing ahead in your career? We can get behind that. Join us in building the credit system that people deserve.
