M0 is the universal stablecoin platform. With M0, builders can create their own stablecoins, and customize attributes such as branding, compliance behaviors, and yield distribution mechanics. By leveraging M0, businesses can monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain control over their money tech stack, while not being burdened by operational heavy-lifting. Unlike traditional stablecoin models, M0 is built as an open multi-issuer framework that delivers seamless interoperability between $M and its extensions, but also allows builders of custom stablecoins to upgrade into their own issuers and not depend on anyone else for issuance. M0 redefines the stablecoin landscape by eliminating traditional barriers to issuance, enabling an open and composable financial ecosystem where businesses and developers can create, customize, and scale their digital dollar solutions with unmatched flexibility. As a neutral and transparent protocol, M0 ensures that stablecoin liquidity remains fluid, accessible, and optimized for efficiency—laying the groundwork for a more decentralized and resilient financial system. Job description

Intro

M0 is the modular stablecoin infrastructure. It gives businesses everything they need to launch a stablecoin built around their product, with separate, configurable layers for application, distribution, and issuance. Choose your regulated issuer, with the option to switch them later. Design how your stablecoin behaves with templates and custom logic. Tap shared liquidity across the network from day one. Other stablecoin platforms bundle every layer into a single fixed stack. M0 keeps them independent, so your stablecoin stays yours.

M0 is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical voice in our sales process. You'll work alongside Account Executives to understand each prospect's architecture, articulate how M0's modular stack fits their needs, and own the technical narrative from active evaluation through close. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Integrations Engineering, you'll know what to answer directly, when to bring in Product for roadmap and direction, and when to loop in Integrations Engineering to scope or unblock an implementation. The ideal candidate combines genuine technical depth with the communication skills to make complex infrastructure clear and credible to technical and non-technical buyers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join sales calls as the technical lead—running product deep-dives, whiteboarding architectures, and fielding detailed questions from prospects' engineers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
  • Translate customer requirements into a clear picture of how M0's application, distribution, and issuance layers fit their stack, and translate M0's capabilities into the customer's language.
  • Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept, and scope integration work with the customer to move deals toward close.
  • Exercise judgment on escalation—surfacing roadmap and product-fit questions to Product, and handing off implementation, scoping, and technical blockers to Integrations Engineering with clean, complete context.
  • Handle technical objections and security, compliance, and architecture questions, and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Act as the feedback loop from the field to Product, bringing back patterns, gaps, and competitive signals that shape the roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role—Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Integrations/Implementation Engineer, or a developer who has moved toward go-to-market.
  • Genuine technical depth: comfort reading API documentation, reasoning about system architecture and integrations, and holding your own with senior engineers. Hands-on coding experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience selling or implementing technical infrastructure, APIs, or developer-facing platforms; familiarity with stablecoins, crypto, payments, or fintech is a strong advantage.
  • A proven ability to lead technical discovery and evaluations that result in closed business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience presenting to and building trust with technical and executive audiences.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Technically credible: You can go deep with engineers and architects, then zoom out and make the same system clear to a non-technical stakeholder—often in the same call.
  • Sound judgment: You know the difference between "I've got this," "let's get Product on this roadmap question," and "Integrations needs to scope this," and you route accordingly.
  • Collaborative communicator: You build strong relationships across Sales, Product, Integrations Engineering, and with customers' technical teams.
  • Delivery-focused: You keep the end goal—a technically sound, closed deal—in view and drive toward it without getting lost in distractions.
  • Proactive problem solver: You anticipate objections and technical blockers early and take decisive action to resolve them.

Compensation

  • Competitive compensation (base salary with equity/token grant) commensurate with experience.

Benefits

  • Global team and flexibility: Join a truly global team with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our hubs in NYC or Berlin.
  • Health and wellness: Enjoy comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage as well as a wellbeing allowance and gym membership to support your physical and mental health.
  • Customizable IT setup: Tailor your workspace with access to top-notch IT equipment.
  • Professional development: Benefit from an annual development budget to enhance your skills and grow professionally, including opportunities to participate in conferences and on-site company events worldwide.
