Our Client is one of Australia's largest large-format digital printing companies, providing wholesale print production services to creative agencies, trade printers, marketing firms, and print procurement specialists nationwide. Operating from large production facilities in Queensland and Victoria, the company delivers end-to-end print solutions, from design and pre-press through to manufacturing, finishing, and installation.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking seeking an experienced Sales Support & Customer Service Coordinator to support its Brisbane sales and account management team.
This role will initially focus on providing reliable back-office support across quoting, order processing, shared inbox management and general sales administration. The successful candidate will help ensure customer requests are actioned accurately and promptly, allowing our client's local account managers to spend more time with key clients, developing relationships and generating new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage incoming requests through the relevant sales and customer service inboxes.

  • Prepare accurate customer quotes using internal quoting system.

  • Enter, process and update customer orders.

  • Follow up internally on outstanding quotes, orders and customer requests.

  • Assist account managers with day-to-day sales administration.

  • Maintain accurate customer, quote and order information within company systems.

  • Review product specifications, measurements, quantities and pricing information.

  • Perform basic mathematical calculations and sense-check system-generated figures.

  • Coordinate with internal sales, customer service and production team members.

  • Respond to customer enquiries by email where required.

  • Escalate urgent, unusual or commercially sensitive matters to the relevant local team member.

  • Support overflow quoting and sales administration for the Melbourne operation when required.

  • Learn our client's products, terminology, systems and internal processes.

  • Contribute to the documentation and improvement of administrative processes as the role develops.

  • Perform other reasonable sales support and customer service duties as required.



Requirements

  • Three to five years’ experience in sales support, customer service, internal sales, order processing or a similar administrative role.

  • Previous experience supporting an Australian business or working with Australian customers is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in a fast-paced wholesale, manufacturing, print, signage, distribution or product-based environment would be advantageous.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing quotes and processing customer orders.

  • Comfortable learning a customised internal quoting and order management system.

  • Experience working with shared email inboxes and managing multiple requests.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong numerical ability and confidence with basic calculations.

  • High attention to detail, particularly when entering product, quantity, measurement and pricing information.

  • Strong written English and professional email communication.

  • Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.

  • Good judgement regarding when to action a request and when to escalate.

  • Strong organisation and task prioritisation skills.

  • Reliable, responsive and comfortable working within a busy sales environment.

  • Able to follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Confident working independently as part of a remote team.

  • Willingness to learn product range and internal systems.
