Project Manager – Precast Construction (AO-14073)

JOB SUMMARY:

Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple precast projects from tender through to completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tender & Pre-Construction  

• Review and verify quantity take-offs and estimates.
  

• Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
  

• Coordinate tender clarifications and client communication.
  

• Assist with procurement planning and supplier engagement.
  

Project Delivery  

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from tender through to completion.
  

• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout each project.
  

• Coordinate production, drafting, estimating and delivery teams.
  

• Track project schedules, RFIs, variations, approvals and milestones.
  

• Prepare progress updates and communicate proactively with clients.
  

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  

Client Relationship Management  

• Build strong relationships with clients through regular phone and email communication.
  

• Coordinate project updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
  

Continuous Improvement  

• Contribute to improving project delivery processes.
  

• Support implementation of AI-driven systems and automation initiatives.
  

• Recommend efficiencies and process improvements as the client continues to scale.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
  

• 5+ years' experience managing construction or manufacturing projects.
  

• Experience within precast concrete, structural steel, modular construction or commercial construction is highly desirable.
  

• Strong understanding of construction documentation and project lifecycles.
  

• Exceptional spoken and written English with confidence communicating directly with Australian clients.
  

• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Procore or similar construction platforms.
