As the Growth Media Strategist you will:

  • Strategic Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance marketing strategies. Oversee the execution and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Advanced Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret complex campaign data. Derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns, enhance ROI, and drive significant performance improvements.

  • Advanced Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Lead sophisticated audience research and segmentation efforts. Utilize advanced targeting methodologies to refine audience strategies for personalized messaging and optimized campaign performance.

  • Creative Direction and Testing: Collaborate closely with creative teams to ideate and execute high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. Oversee A/B testing strategies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Budget Oversight and Reporting: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency. Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Thought Leadership and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Lead the implementation of innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Sales Support: Support the sales process for new accounts by conducting audits of prospective clients and participating in sales pitches to drive new business opportunities.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, specializing in performance-driven campaigns and leading initiatives.

  • Expert proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and generate strategic insights.

  • Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capability to drive impactful campaigns in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ecommerce and agency experience desirable

  • Client management and client-facing experience required

  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel,  PowerPoint, and Google Suite Products (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) 

  • Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $60k+
