Our Research Associates play critical support roles across projects, including, supporting project managers with management and administration of projects; bringing basic knowledge of research and evaluation methods that allow them to support development of protocols and instruments/tools; supporting our client projects by providing responsive technical assistance to clients; carrying out defined tasks that contribute substantively to the production of deliverables; and, communicating independently with internal and external project partners.
As a Research Associate at Omni Institute, you will play a support role on project teams while building your skills and experience. You will work closely with project managers and senior staff to keep projects on track, provide responsive technical assistance to client partners, and contribute to high-quality deliverables.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $54,636 plus benefits*, which include:

This is a remote position anywhere within the continental US states.
Omni Institute’s headquarters are in Denver, CO, where we have a co-working office for staff to work from. Employees who work from home/remotely must have a suitable home office environment. We try to limit work travel, but employees can expect some travel for client meetings, conferences, or company meetings (expected up to 5% of the time).
Omni Institute is a 501c3 nonprofit social change accelerator that supports nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, government agencies, and social ventures to advance positive social change toward a more equitable society. We provide research & evaluation consulting, organizational capacity building, and civic and leadership development programs. We have approximately 50 staff, located in 17 states, and have recently completed projects in over 20 different US states. Our primary areas of focus include Community Health, Behavioral Health, Adult & Juvenile Justice, Economic Security, and Children & Families.
