Join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail helps keep production running efficiently! We're hiring a Grinder for 2nd shift in Hartville, OH.

What You'll Do:

• Remove and grind runners, purged material, and scrapped plastic parts from molding machines.
• Sort and organize reground resin by material grade.
• Track and report scrap and resin weights accurately.
• Keep grinders and work areas clean, organized, and operating safely.
• Operate a forklift as needed (training provided).
• Support production by maintaining an efficient material recycling process.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on forklift operation.
