SUMMARY
The Director of Sales (Tresl) will manage the day-to-day activities of Sales Managers and Finance Advisors in relation to lease buyouts, fleet purchases, and other unique lead sources. This position owns the training and development of new Finance Advisors (FAs), including onboarding, ramp, process, evaluation, and other aspects of building a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales will partner with multiple departments to define and execute sales practices and process, serve as a key partner to external partners, and act as an internal partner to the business development team on new strategies, all to achieve company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:

• Understand and demonstrate the principles of Tresl and TSG’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Provide direction and leadership to direct reports.
• Build team relationships that build morale and drive performance.
• Directs, develops, and implements strategies in assigned area of responsibility to grow company revenue in accordance with organization goals and objectives.
• Confers with SVP of Production to determine sales objectives and develop policies to achieve organization goals.
• Reviews the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques.
• Develops, coordinates, and executes sales objectives and strategies  to gain market share.
• Manage Sales Managers and Finance Advisors to successfully meet and exceed all performance plans, to include volume, conversion ratios, and product.
• Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates Sales Managers and Finance Advisors.
• Own the training and development of new Finance Advisors (FAs), including onboarding, ramp, and ongoing skill development to drive proficiency and performance.
• Drive performance across lease buyouts, fleet purchases, and other unique lead sources, optimizing conversion and revenue within each channel.
• Partner with multiple departments (including operations, marketing, compliance, and lender services) to align on sales practices, process, and shared objectives.
• Serve as a key partner to external partners, building and maintaining relationships that support growth and the development of new lead sources.
• Act as an internal partner to the business development team to evaluate, design, and launch new sales strategies and lead source opportunities.
• Monitor, evaluate and execute day to day activity and KPIs to the TSG monthly goals
• Evaluate and improve upon existing process and procedures as well as creating new ones to improve the efficiency and results of the sales department.

COMPENSATION
This position pays a range of $120K - $140K (plus bonus) based on relevant experience and education. Can be 100% remote or if in Denver/Austin can be hybrid.
