Position Overview

Senior Consulting Project Managers deliver transformation projects for strategic Autodesk customers as part of our Customer Success Consulting team. You will manage multiple medium to large projects, or programs of work, at a time. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution and completion of all consulting services for our customers. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet customer expectations. Our Project Management team is focused on world-class delivery. You will remotely join our team based in the United States reporting to one of the PM Managers.

Responsibilities

  • You will project manage consulting projects for Autodesk customers, including data migration projects, software development projects and software trainings

  • Lead internal and external team members to meet project goals

  • Maintain communication amongst account team and project team members, lead project review meetings

  • Translate project scope and vision into clear goals for the team

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools using standard PM and PSA software

  • Comply with internal reporting standards and practices

  • You will perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and develop risk mitigation plans

  • Support sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solution

  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-10 years experience as a project manager, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

  • PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraints

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managers

  • An ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations

  • You demonstrate coaching and leadership skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset

Vous gérerez simultanément plusieurs projets de moyenne à grande envergure, ou programmes de travail. Vous veillerez à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans les limites du budget et conformément aux attentes des clients. Notre équipe de gestion de projet vise une prestation de classe mondiale. Vous vous joindrez à distance à notre équipe basée aux États-Unis et relèverez de l’un des gestionnaires de gestion de projet.

Responsabilités

  • Vous assurerez la gestion de projets de consultation pour les clients d’Autodesk, notamment des projets de migration de données, de développement de logiciels et de formation aux logiciels

  • Diriger les membres des équipes internes et externes afin d’atteindre les objectifs des projets

  • Assurer la communication entre les membres de l’équipe de gestion des comptes et ceux de l’équipe de projet, et animer les réunions d’examen des projets

  • Traduire la portée et la vision du projet en objectifs clairs pour l’équipe

  • Élaborer et tenir à jour les plans de projet, les échéanciers et les outils de contrôle de projet à l’aide de logiciels standard de gestion de projet (PM) et de gestion des services professionnels (PSA)

  • Respecter les normes et pratiques internes en matière de rapports

  • Vous effectuerez l’analyse des plans de projet, évaluerez les risques et élaborerez des plans d’atténuation des risques

  • Vous appuierez les équipes de vente et de développement des affaires en rédigeant et/ou en révisant des propositions, en définissant les portées de travail et en établissant des estimations de livraison ainsi que les besoins en ressources pour les solutions

  • Vous établirez des relations solides avec les clients et les parties prenantes et maintiendrez des canaux de communication efficaces

Qualifications Minimales

  • 6 à 10 ans d’expérience à titre de gestionnaire de projet, idéalement dans un environnement de services professionnels ou de consultation

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience de travail équivalente dans un domaine pertinent

  • Certification PMP / PMI ou équivalent

  • Capacité avérée à diriger une équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de projet et mener à bien des projets qui, à terme, sont mis en production dans le respect des contraintes de coûts et d’échéancier

  • Capacité avérée à travailler au sein d’une équipe interfonctionnelle composée d’experts techniques, de représentants des ventes, d’experts en la matière et d’autres gestionnaires de projet

  • Capacité à réviser et à rédiger des cahiers des charges et la documentation liée aux projets, ainsi qu’à élaborer et à présenter des exposés

  • Vous faites preuve de compétences en encadrement et en leadership, associées à un état d’esprit collaboratif et inclusif

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $77,000 and $137,940. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
