About Project

  • Deliver clear and structured requirements to the engineering team in a timely manner.
  • Support your team throughout the development lifecycle to ensure delivery of the best possible solution.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer's identity and access management processes, systems, and business models, and help implement industry best practices for identity governance.
  • Contribute to the delivery of new regional work packages as part of the programme roadmap.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to grasp complex problems and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs and facilitate alignment across global markets and regions.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation methods, including business process modelling (BPM), UML, use/test cases, and prototyping.
  • Experience in creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements, including data rules, business rules, wireframes, and other deliverables.
  • Experience in data/field mapping from external systems into internal ones by interpreting XML or JSON schemas.
  • Proven ability to create user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria/scenarios within a BDD framework.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Lean software delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and the full software development lifecycle.
