Job Title: Project Manager – Workday Time Off (Phase 2)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: Must be available to overlap with North America (NAMR) and EMESA business hours (approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Phase 2 rollout of the Workday Time Off (WDTO) implementation as part of a global Core HR transformation program.
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project governance, execution, and delivery across multiple countries while coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing Workday implementation programs, preferably involving Time Off, Absence, or Leave Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the overall Phase 2 Workday Time Off project plan, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, including Functional HR, Configuration, Integrations, Data Conversion, Testing, Reporting, and Change Management.
- Facilitate weekly project governance meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs while providing regular status updates.
- Define and govern Jira project boards, workflows, sprint cadence, and delivery standards in collaboration with Agile teams.
- Prepare executive dashboards, sponsor updates, steering committee presentations, and leadership reports.
- Support planning and coordination for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, deployment, and data migration activities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and HR stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication across global teams operating in different time zones.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects or Core HR / HRIS transformation programs.
- Experience with Workday Time Off, Absence, Leave Management, or related Workday HCM modules is highly preferred.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations from planning through go-live.
- Experience managing multi-country, multi-workstream global implementations.

- Executive Status Reporting
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience coordinating configuration, integrations, testing, data conversion, and change management activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive sponsors.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly onboard and take ownership of an active implementation program with minimal ramp-up time.
