We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Immunology Commercial team, supporting our ENT sales objectives in Japan in a field-based role. In this role, you will achieve territory sales targets and enhance customer engagement by delivering tailored value and solutions while collaborating with alliance partners and key opinion leaders. This position offers the opportunity to give to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making an important difference to patients worldwide.


When & where:

Japan, field-based. Territory travel is required, including occasional evening and weekend travel where appropriate.


Discover your role:

  • Achieve brand sales targets through territory budget and expense management.
  • Develop and execute annual territory business plans grounded in market insight.
  • Build strategic territory action plans using key data sources.
  • Complete expense, marketing, field visit, and call reports accurately and on time.
  • Partner with alliance partners to reach overall objectives.
  • Operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Regeneron guidelines.
  • You think strategically and manage your time to maximize customer engagement.
  • You work independently to execute plans under demanding schedules.

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • MR certification and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and disease- and concept-based selling ability.
  • Strong writing, dialogue, and presentation skills, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
  • ENT therapeutic area knowledge and biologics sales experience preferred.
  • Current clinical knowledge of the therapeutic area and competitor brands preferred.
  • Established connections with key opinion leaders in ENT and respiratory medicine preferred.
  • English proficiency preferred, though not required for this role.
