Position Overview
 
The Director of Creative is responsible for leading and managing the creative team to ensure the development of high-quality multimedia content that aligns with our brand strategy and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design and motivational storytelling. The Director of Creative will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that drives engagement and growth.

Responsibilities
• Manages the daily operations of the creative team, including designers, writers, and multimedia specialists.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develops and implements processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective project management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback to team members.
• Executes comprehensive creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity and business goals.
• Work closely with project managers to allocate resources effectively and prioritize projects based on business needs.
• Ensures all creative outputs meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Fosters strong relationships with cross-functional teams
• Collaborates with external vendors/agencies to ensure creative consistency and quality.
• Stays current on creative industry trends through industry publications, research, and participation in internal/external activities, conferences and events.

Qualifications/Education
• 8+ years’ experience in a creative leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in brand management and leading and motivating teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, multimedia production, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and Workfront
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple high-visibility, high-urgency projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
