We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join Operation Team.

This role reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and will be based in the Hong Kong.

What You’ll Do

·         Perform manual production tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·         Assist in product inspection and grading support activities

·         Handle products with care to avoid damage during processing

·         Follow detailed work instructions to complete tasks accurately and consistently

·         Identify and report product defects, abnormalities, or quality issues in a timely manner

·         Support labeling, packaging, and other finishing processes

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

·         Ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational guidelines

·         Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets

·         Assist with basic data entry and documentation as required

·         Photographic record keeping

Who You Are

·         Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

·         Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

·         Basic understanding of quality control concepts is a plus

·         Responsible, patient, and able to work in a structured and standardized environment

·         Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience in the collectibles, auction, or grading industries.

·         High school diploma or above

·         1–3 years of experience in production operations, manual work, or quality inspection preferred

·         Mandarin and Cantonese
