The Senior Director, Enterprise GTM Strategy & Enablement is a strategic leader responsible for improving the effectiveness, scalability, and execution of Lyric’s enterprise Go-to-Market organization. This role serves as the operational bridge between Product, Revenue Operations, GTM, Marketing, Client Success, Legal, Finance, and Business Unit leadership to ensure the organization successfully commercializes products, accelerates strategic opportunities, and continuously improves GTM execution.

Reporting through Revenue Operations while serving the broader enterprise, this leader will own Lyric’s enterprise Product Enablement program, establish commercialization best practices, coordinate support for the company’s most strategic commercial opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve seller productivity, organizational alignment, and revenue performance.

This position is highly visible across executive leadership and will frequently partner with the Chief Growth & Product Officer, Chief Product Officer, Revenue Operations, and Product Council to ensure successful execution of strategic business priorities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Product Enablement & Commercialization

  • Build and lead Lyric’s enterprise Product Enablement strategy and operating model, to ensure products are brought to market in an effective, timely manner
  • Partner with Product Strategy and Product Council leadership to establish and maintain a standardized commercialization and enablement framework for new products, major enhancements, and strategic acquisitions
  • Lead cross-functional launch readiness efforts, ensuring alignment across GTM, Client Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations prior to market release.
  • Develop standardized launch governance, field readiness, product playbooks, competitive positioning, client messaging, training programs, FAQs, and supporting sales assets
  • Define commercialization and enablement success metrics and measure launch effectiveness, field readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercialization and enablement processes and governance based on launch performance and stakeholder feedback.

Strategic Deal Governance and Commercial Execution

  • Coordinate executive-level support for high-priority commercial opportunities requiring cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
  • Facilitate resolution of complex commercial issues involving pricing, contracting, product commitments, or operational readiness.
  • Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks that impede execution of strategic initiatives and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Legal team to standardize contracting approach for new products –  including templates, terms, and approval processes – to accelerate deal velocity

M&A Commercial Integration

  • Lead GTM commercialization and enablement activities associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate product readiness, messaging, enablement, pricing, sales process alignment, and operational integration for acquired businesses.
  • Develop repeatable integration playbooks that reduce time-to-value following acquisitions
  • Partner with Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Client Success, and executive leadership to accelerate successful market integration.

Enterprise GTM Strategy & Special Projects

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of Revenue Operations and executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, productivity, and organizational effectiveness across the commercial organization.
  • Build trusted partnerships across executive leadership and business functions
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority through strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; focus on enterprise outcomes and business impact
  • Bring structure, accountability, and execution rigor to complex, cross-functional initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Revenue Operations, Product Commercialization, GTM Enablement, Commercial Operations, or related leadership roles.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Management and commercial organizations within healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise product commercialization and field enablement programs.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales organizations and strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern Revenue Operations technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and program management capabilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years payment integrity experience preferred

$216,417.00 - $324,625.00
