The Application & Implementation Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for delivering end user training on the correct use of our devices at hospital sites and providing project management of new instrument implementations.

This position reports to the Implementation Manager, is part of the Application & Implementation Specialist Team and is a national field-based role.

Please be aware - This role is an excellent entry point into the life sciences industry! - We're looking for someone with a passion for training, whether your experience comes from healthcare, education, retail, or another sector. You don’t need a scientific background or industry-specific experience to succeed here. What matters most is your ability to deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions and manage projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.

This is not a senior or management position. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working directly with end users, and is ready to grow their career in a supportive, mission-driven environment and is also a pathway to other exciting opportunities within Radiometer!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience as a trainer.

  • Proactive approach and focus on providing high quality training sessions. Available for nationwide travel on 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home) - being based in North London would be advantageous

  • Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.

  • Implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.

  • Working in a commercial field-based role.

  • Project management skills and experience.
