Le poste est basé sur notre site de Cubnezais (Gironde) avec une présence sur site 5 jours par semaine.

L’opportunité

Rejoignez Hitachi Energy et contribuez à la réalisation de projets HVDC stratégiques en France et à l’international. En tant que Site Quality Engineer, vous garantissez l’excellence qualité durant l’exécution des projets sur site, en veillant à la conformité des travaux, à la satisfaction client et à l’amélioration continue dans un environnement international exigeant et innovant.

Votre impact

  • Déployer et piloter les processus et outils Qualité sur site afin de garantir la conformité aux exigences clients, contractuelles et réglementaires.

  • Former et accompagner les équipes et sous-traitants sur les standards Qualité et les systèmes de contrôle associés.

  • Superviser les inspections, essais et activités de contrôle qualité sur les phases civiles, mécaniques, électriques et de mise en service.

  • Assurer le suivi des non-conformités, écarts, punch lists et plans d’actions correctifs jusqu’à leur résolution.

  • Fournir une visibilité claire sur la performance Qualité du projet via les KPI et le reporting aux parties prenantes.

  • Participer aux audits internes et fournisseurs et promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projet, les partenaires et les clients pour garantir une exécution sûre, conforme et performante.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, qualité ou domaine technique associé.

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en qualité chantier, qualité opérationnelle ou projets EPC.

  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualité et de la norme ISO 9001.

  • Expérience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des infrastructures ou de l’industrie lourde.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, coordination et résolution de problèmes.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

  • Mobilité pour des affectations longue durée sur des projets en France et à l’international.

  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and successful project delivery.

Your Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site quality, operational quality, or EPC project environments.

  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Experience within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Willingness to relocate for long-term assignments in France and internationally.
