Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise scale pricing and commercial system initiatives within a complex, highly integrated technology environment. This role works closely with Pricing, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements that enable reliable system delivery and measurable business outcomes.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, systems, and priorities. You will play a key role in shaping how pricing and commercial changes are defined, delivered, and embedded across the organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand pricing, commercial, and operational requirements.

  • Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria suitable for delivery teams.

  • Own the creation and management of requirements and defects within Agile delivery tools (e.g. Jira).

  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing by acting as the primary point of clarification between business and technical teams.

  • Analyse requirements that span multiple enterprise systems, including pricing, quoting, CRM, and downstream operational processes.

  • Understand how commercial and pricing changes affect proposals, approvals, billing, and reporting.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to support structured intake, prioritisation, and decision-making processes.

  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, providing insight into scope, trade‑offs, and delivery considerations.

What you will need:

  • 6–10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.

  • Strong background supporting business critical systems in areas such as pricing, finance, revenue, operations, or transactional platforms.

  • Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models alongside product and engineering teams.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Exposure to pricing systems, CPQ platforms, CRM tools, or quote to cash processes.

  • Experience working with pricing constructs such as volume tiers, minimum fees, recurring vs onetime charges, or approval of workflows.

  • Experience in financial services, payments, technology, or other regulated industries.

  • A self-directed analyst who takes ownership and follows work through from discovery to delivery.
