Position Summary

As a Technical Graduate Trainee, you will embark on an immersive journey across the breadth of Nestlé’s technical operations. With guidance from experienced professionals, you will develop your analytical skills, forward-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Prepare yourself to make an impact by addressing technical challenges such as optimizing production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, managing technical risks, and more!

Which profile are we looking for?

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-functional environment, interacting effectively with your team and business partners.
• Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
• Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Quality and Production, Electrical and Automation, Mechanical, Industrial engineering will be highly regarded.
