Position: Peoplesoft Applications Analyst

MedStar Health, Inc. has an opening for the full-time position of Peoplesoft Applications Analyst based at MedStar Health in Nottingham, MD.

 

Job Duties:

 

Design, implementation, and maintenance of administrative, financial, or clinical applications. Support requirements definition, process and use documentation, product testing/troubleshooting/upgrades, and report development. Develop and maintain user and application support documentation to stimulate optimal use of applications. Develop and update support documentation in designated documentation repositories. Perform the testing of software updates/fixes and routine maintenance. Ensure systems operate properly through the controlled unit, system, integration, and volume testing. Support the implementation of improvements, enhancements, and updates to applications. Analyze the impact of application modules on departments and develop solutions to meet project objectives. Participate in the requirements analysis, functional specification definition, and project work plan designs.

 

Requirements:

 

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

 

Position requires four years of experience as a Developer, Project Engineering, or related.

 

Require experience with system analysis/development, customer service, vendor interaction, and information systems in a healthcare/business environment utilizing Peopletools objects, Application Engine, Peoplecode, PSQuery, SQL, Application Design, SQR, BI Publisher, and Peoplesoft functional/development.

 

Location:

MedStar Health: 8094 Sandpiper Circle, Suite G, Nottingham, MD 21236

 

Position allows full remote work anywhere from 48 contiguous states in the U.S. and requires to be present at MedStar’s White Marsh, MD office as needed. Require 20% - 30% domestic travel to MedStar

Health Hospitals in the DC-Baltimore metropolitan area.

 

Salary: $129,709 - $135,907 / year
