Job description

About Сlient:

Our Client is a fast-growing technology company that builds and scales self-serve SaaS platforms and mobile apps across different categories, reaching a large global user base. From the initial idea to launch, they manage the full lifecycle of multiple products, while continuously exploring new market opportunities and working with external development partners. Rather than focusing on a single product, they operate a diverse portfolio of tools across areas like AI, productivity, and marketing. Today, their platforms serve over 100 million users across 160 countries. They are a fully remote, international team of multi-skilled specialists who believe in building products that deliver immediate, measurable impact.

About the Role

As Director of Product, you will own product across the entire portfolio: strategy, roadmap, execution, and the monetization and growth levers built into each product. You will build the product function from scratch and shape how products get planned, shipped, and scaled toward. You'll have full function ownership, your choice of tools without budget restrictions, and real autonomy in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across the full portfolio, prioritizing where to invest for the highest impact on revenue, retention, and user value.
  • Build the product team from scratch: define the structure, hire product managers, and establish the processes and rituals of a high-performing product organization.
  • Drive execution speed across dev teams, keeping shipping velocity high in fast-moving markets, including our rapidly evolving AI products.
  • Embed growth and monetization into the product: pricing, packaging, onboarding, upsell paths, and product-led loops that convert and retain active subscribers.
  • Lead major launches as new products move from our pipeline into the market, including expansion to new platforms such.
  • Establish product infrastructure: discovery, analytics, experimentation, and feedback loops that turn user data into better decisions.
  • Partner closely with growth, marketing, and dev leadership to align product direction with acquisition funnels and business goals.
  • Set quality and user experience standards across the portfolio as products, markets, and platforms expand internationally.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior product leadership at a consumer SaaS or subscription business.
  • Experience managing a multi-product portfolio or several product lines in parallel, with strong prioritization instincts.
  • Track record of building product teams from scratch, including hiring, structuring, and developing PMs in a remote environment.
  • Strong commercial sense: proven ability to drive revenue through pricing, packaging, conversion, and retention mechanics in self-serve products.
  • Execution-focused: comfortable shipping fast, iterating in-market, and operating at the pace of a company launching multiple products per year.
  • Data-driven product craft: fluent in discovery, experimentation, funnel and cohort analysis, and outcome-based roadmapping.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and translating strategy into clear, shippable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align distributed, international teams around a shared direction.
  • Bonus: experience with AI products, mobile app launches, or PLG motions fueled by large-scale paid acquisition.
