Workday Integration Analyst – Full remote Spain or Portugal

Lead and Optimise Workday Integration Landscape to Power Global HRIS Performance

We’re looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to lead and optimise our Workday integration landscape. This role is critical to ensuring seamless connectivity between Workday and external systems, driving efficiency, compliance, and a smooth employee experience across global operations.

You’ll take ownership of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, XSLT transformations, and API integrations, while managing EIB loads and maintaining integration health. Reporting to a US-based manager, you’ll work in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities to influence HR technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability.
  • Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
  • Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting.
  • Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
