Indiana Professional Management Group (IPMG) is Indiana's preeminent statewide provider of case management and care management for participants in the state's Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver program, and wraparound facilitation services for participants in the Child Mental Health Wraparound program and Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI).
