About the project

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a strategic transformation program for one of our international clients in the medical technology industry.

In this role, you will support two key manufacturing initiatives in the Czech Republic and Belgium. One project focuses on introducing new sterilization capabilities involving SCADA and RFID technologies, while the other supports a major digitalization and automation program, including the transition to SAP EWM.

As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architecture across both SAP and non-SAP landscapes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, regulatory requirements, security standards, and long-term scalability goals.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in IT solution development

• At least 3 years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture

• Strong understanding of business architecture, data, applications, and technology domains

• Experience delivering solutions within manufacturing environments

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise application landscapes

• Experience within logistics and supply chain environments

• Experience working in regulated industries such as MedTech, Life Sciences, or Healthcare

• Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and API-driven integrations

• Experience facilitating workshops in international and distributed environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Located in Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary

• Fluent English

Your responsibilities

• Represent the client as Solution Architect towards internal and external stakeholders

• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture across multiple initiatives

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and IT standards

• Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to define target solutions

• Document current-state and future-state architectures and transformation roadmaps

• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements

• Identify dependencies across systems, applications, and technology teams

• Support decision-making regarding integrations, platforms, data flows, and technologies

• Work closely with architecture teams to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

• Provide recommendations that balance business needs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP EWM implementations

• Understanding of warehouse automation, RFID, or SCADA environments

• Experience with digital transformation programs in manufacturing

• Experience working in global organizations

Assignment Details

• Start date: August 2026

• Workload: Full-time

• Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Czech Republic, Belgium, and Sweden

• Travel: 2–3 trips required during the assignment

• Contract type: B2B

• Preferred location: Czech Republic or Sweden
