Territory Manager – iGaming – Eastern Africa

A rapidly growing international B2B gaming technology provider is seeking a commercially driven and highly connected Territory Manager – East Africa to lead market development, strengthen operator relationships and deliver sustainable revenue growth across the region.

The business provides premium online casino content, live casino products, jackpot solutions and player-engagement tools to operators across regulated markets worldwide. This role will play a central part in expanding its footprint across East Africa.

The Role:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across East Africa. You will manage strategic operator relationships, identify new business opportunities, support product launches and work closely with internal teams to ensure strong commercial performance.

You will serve as the primary commercial representative in the region, building visibility with operators, platforms, aggregators and key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy across East Africa.
• Build, manage and strengthen relationships with online casino operators, sportsbook operators, platform providers, aggregators and strategic partners.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across relevant regulated markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation through to commercial negotiation, contracting and launch.
• Grow revenue from existing partners through account development, product expansion and commercial optimisation.
• Present online casino, live casino, jackpot and player-engagement solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Monitor local market developments, operator activity, competitor positioning, regulatory changes and commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with product, marketing, legal, compliance and account-management teams to support smooth onboarding and successful launches.
• Attend industry events, client meetings and relevant networking opportunities across East Africa.
• Prepare accurate commercial forecasts, pipeline reports and market intelligence updates for senior management.
• Represent the business professionally and build a strong market presence across the territory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, territory management or commercial partnerships within iGaming, online casino, gaming technology, payments or a related B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the East African iGaming and online betting landscape.
• Established relationships with operators, platforms, affiliates, aggregators or other relevant industry stakeholders across East Africa.
• Demonstrable experience in winning new business and managing strategic commercial accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercially astute, target-driven and comfortable operating independently.
• Ability to travel regularly across East Africa.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Additional East African language capability will be advantageous.
