· Support the state licensing process, including screening candidates for eligibility, preparing onboarding documentation, and coordinating exam preparation and scheduling

· Submit and track insurance license applications across all states, maintaining communication with Departments of Insurance to ensure timely approvals

· Coordinate fingerprinting requirements and ensure all regulatory steps are completed accurately and efficiently

· Monitor and maintain license renewals and continuing education requirements to ensure ongoing compliance across all systems

· Oversee carrier appointment processes, including preparing high-volume reports, tracking appointment status, and resolving delays through analysis and escalation

· Partner with Sales, Training, and Licensing Operations teams to ensure advisors complete all onboarding and certification requirements

· Maintain accurate advisor status records across systems to mitigate compliance risk and ensure agents are authorized to sell only where permitted

· Conduct gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and automation related to licensing and onboarding processes

· Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions

Who you are:

· You are highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills

· You are adaptable and able to pivot quickly in a changing, fast-paced environment

· You have excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· You understand the importance of compliance and can handle sensitive information with discretion

· You are a team player who contributes to achieving shared goals and improving team processes
