This is a full-time remote position that is eligible for base salary plus commission.  The position is remote, with the ideal candidate being located in the Eastern U.S.


About the Role:

The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for driving incremental sales and market share growth within the Group Practice and Dental Service Organization (DSO) segments by developing a relationship with key customers and our distribution partners, positioning HuFriedyGroup as their complete, innovative solution for infection prevention, instrument manufacturing, and instrument reprocessing workflows. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to Strategic Accounts development, retention, and penetration, while working closely with the HFG North American Sales team, Strategic Business Units, and Leadership team. The position serves as a sales project leader & clinical subject matter expert for developing strategic business plans for customers or future customers. The plans are inclusive of the following: key objectives, strategies, tactics and corresponding action steps. This is done with the intent of influencing, disrupting, and aligning key decision makers on the need to create, implement, and enforce infection prevention and instrumentation manufacturing and protocols through a multitude of clinical pathways in constant focus on infection prevention and customer compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Strategic Markets leadership, Regional Sales, and Sales Operations members to identify, secure, and grow customer base. Build a robust pipeline via HuFriedyGroup's designated CRM.
  • Create and implement account plans that align with the company's strategic goals and drive revenue growth across large DSO's and group practices.
  • Meet or exceed organizational KPI's and sales target. Effectively prepare, plan, and execute sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on strategic collaboration and identify opportunities to have measurable impact on: infection prevention, customer clinical outcomes, risk reduction, improving efficiencies and cost savings, driving compliance, and enhancing patient and staff safety.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Clinical Education, Technical Services, and Solutions Management to grow the business.
  • Develop and deliver business reviews to ensure key initiatives and financial commitments are being achieved, accomplished, and measured.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of managing key accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 40%+ within the United States
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within large account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with reliable internet connectivity.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of dental sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the HuFriedyGroup product portfolio and clinical industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to interpret business intelligence reports
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and project management


Skills:

  • Ability to prospect and identify top Group Practices/DSO's and partner with regional Sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with all levels of decision makers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including clear and concise communication skills and strong collaboration across all levels of the organization
  • Negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms that benefit both the customer and the company
