Reproductive & Fertility Nurse or Midwife (Europe) – Spanish Fluency

About This Role

Maven is seeking a mission-driven, empathetic Reproductive & Fertility Nurse based in Europe to provide virtual care and support to our members.

As a Maven provider, you will support members around the world, helping expand access to high-quality reproductive healthcare through virtual care. You will join a curated global provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, working collaboratively to deliver holistic, high-value care.

What You'll Do

Provide virtual care to adult members through 15-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, including:

• Guidance throughout the fertility journey, including fertility assessments, diagnostic investigations
• Education on potential causes of infertility
• Guidance on questions to discuss with NHS or private fertility specialists 
• Support in selecting appropriate fertility clinics and understanding NHS and private fertility treatment pathways
• Document encounter summaries in MPractice, Maven's secure practice management platform
• Collaborate with Maven's Care Delivery team to coordinate appropriate follow-up care and referrals within members' local healthcare systems
• Serve as an ambassador for Maven's care model by delivering culturally sensitive, evidence-based support and championing improved outcomes for women and families globally

Who You Are

• Hold current nursing registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and/or an equivalent recognised nursing registration in Europe as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or an equivalent advanced practice qualification (e.g., MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice)
• Based in Europe
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• In good standing with your relevant regulatory body, with no history of serious disciplinary action, fitness-to-practise concerns, or restrictions on practice
• Available to provide approximately 5 hours of direct member care per week in a part-time, independent contractor capacity
• At least 3 years of post-registration clinical experience as an independently practising nurse or advanced practice clinician
• At least 3 years of experience delivering care through telehealth, digital health, or other remote care settings
• Demonstrated clinical experience or a strong professional interest in women's health, reproductive health, or fertility care
• Comfortable delivering patient-centred care through digital platforms and asynchronous communication
