Job description

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

Why You’ll Love This Role

We are seeking a driven Senior Technical Program Manager who puts customers first and will help deliver our challenging product development programs. This includes managing program schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to program stakeholders. We are looking for people who love to get stuff done, and laugh a bit along the way. Cribl is a serious company that doesn’t take itself too seriously. You will be a key contributor to the success of the Product and Engineering teams and help grow the Technical Program Management practice at Cribl. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Technical Program Management.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

  • Provide leadership for development initiatives and lead the end to end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Support your teams through the pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
  • Apply Technical Program Management best practices and contribute to improving software development processes.
  • Use technical skills and domain knowledge to help align teams around a shared plan and direction.
  • Track and report on metrics for quality and performance across your programs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication of planning, program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 3+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager
  • Experience delivering complex projects or solutions that span multiple teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills coupled with an ability to present to all levels in an organization, whether explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to leadership or discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers
  • Skilled at influencing stakeholders to align on solutions and delivery plans
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks
  • Experience with common software development tools (e.g. GitHub, bitbucket, Jenkins) and public cloud technology (e.g. AWS, Azure etc)
  • Familiarity with overall system architecture, including how services, APIs, and data flows fit together, well enough to follow technical discussions and spot cross-team dependencies
