Job Description

This is a remote role.

HSP Group is seeking a Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in UK Corporate Secretarial work, excellent customer management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

The CoSec Manager will be responsible for managing the portfolio of UK customers. Performing tasks such as Incorporations, De-Registrations, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Corporate record keeping, managing compliance and filings, amongst other tasks for our customers’ UK subsidiaries and branches.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Handle day-to-day CoSec tasks, including (but not limited to) Incorporations, De-Registrations, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Confirmation Statement preparation, Corporate record keeping, managing compliance and filings, share allotments, corporate change management, amongst other tasks for our customers’ UK subsidiaries and branches.
  • Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing excellent service and solutions to their outsourcing needs.
  • Global support: Support the wider Legal Entity Management Team with global portfolios, provide expertise on Legal Entity Management best-practice and drive team success.

Qualifications:

  • ICSA (or equivalent) certification in good standing is desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UK CoSec / Companies House
  • Excellent customer management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and take action before they occur.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our operations.
  • As a key holder of sensitive information, trustworthiness is paramount.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a global company and accommodating different time zones.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong customer service focus
