Job description

Position: Contract (6 months), Full Time

Location: Remote in the UK

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year, pro rata

About Us

Helios is a leading provider of neurodevelopmental assessment and treatment services. Through our Helios brand, we work in partnership with the NHS to deliver high-quality clinical services, helping to improve access to assessment , mental health support and care. Our private brand, Melios, supports employers, employees and direct-to-consumer customers, providing neurodevelopmental assessment, treatment and ongoing support.

As both brands continue to grow, we’re investing in our CRM capability to create a more connected, data-driven customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape how CRM supports two distinct audiences while creating a scalable platform for future growth.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the optimisation and development of our HubSpot platform during an exciting period of growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly become part of the team, understand our commercial objectives, and build a scalable CRM capability that supports both our sales and marketing functions.

Working across both Helios and Melios, you’ll develop the CRM strategy, implement best practice and ensure HubSpot is configured to meet today’s business needs while providing a future-proof foundation for continued growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the CRM capability of two growing brands, creating a connected, insight-led customer experience that delivers measurable impact across sales, marketing and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define the CRM data model, governance framework and customer lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data supports sales, marketing, reporting and future AI-driven personalisation.
  • Lead the configuration and optimisation of HubSpot to meet sales and marketing requirements across both brands.
  • Configure and manage core CRM functionality, including contact management, data auditing and mapping, lifecycle stages, segmentation and sequencing.
  • Develop a scalable segmentation framework that enables customer personas to be embedded within the CRM, supporting personalised customer experiences and targeted campaigns.
  • Design and implement marketing automations, nurture journeys, email templates, marketing assets and campaign workflows.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other business platforms and ensure robust data architecture and governance.
  • Define and document a scalable CRM strategy, recommending best-practice processes that are aligned to business growth and future requirements.
  • Develop a reporting and measurement framework that tracks performance across the entire customer journey, creating dashboards and visualisations that provide actionable insight and enable continuous optimisation.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Content teams to maximise CRM adoption, improve customer engagement and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

About You

  • 5+ years’ CRM experience, with extensive hands-on expertise in HubSpot.
  • Proven experience configuring HubSpot across both Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing automation, customer segmentation and sales enablement.
  • Experience designing CRM structures that support persona-based targeting and personalised customer journeys.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to build dashboards, define KPIs and translate data into clear recommendations that improve performance across the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms.
  • A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing long-term CRM strategy and delivering hands-on implementation.
  • Able to build strong relationships quickly and embed within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
