Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Human Resources Business Partner, Initiatives and Planning to join our Human Resources team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the broader account team to deliver strategic people priorities across the business.

This role is designed for a proactive, agile, and relationship-driven professional who excels in a matrixed organization and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, capability, and culture.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Strategic Partnering and Change: Act as a sounding board to leaders on people issues, developing strong relationships to understand business needs and supporting the implementation of transformation, organizational development, and change initiatives.

  • Execute Cyclical Human Resources Programs: Support the deployment of Center of Excellence designed programs, including annual talent mapping, succession planning, year-end performance reviews, calibration processes, and annual compensation cycles.

  • Manage Mergers and Acquisitions and Integration Activities: Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence through data analysis and document preparation, while participating in integration planning to ensure alignment with cultural transition efforts.

  • Enhance Employee Experience and Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources Generalists to ensure consistency in employee experience across geographies and identify emerging workforce trends.

  • Drive People Analytics and Compliance: Partner with the Organizational Effectiveness team to interpret people data and dashboards to support decision-making, while ensuring all activities comply with organizational standards and local regulations.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partnering within Global matrixed organization. Cross collaboration with United States, Europe and Latin America.

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources analytics tools, reporting platforms and project management/ coordination skills to manage global and sensitive confidential information effectively.

  • Proven ability in Mergers and Acquisitions support, organizational development, and facilitating leader assimilation.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience).

  • Fluent English and Spanish
