The Opportunity

We are hiring a trainee to join our Sales Operations team. By joining the Saphetor, you will have an exciting and unique opportunity to gain work experience in a world-class organisation, interacting daily with both internal and external stakeholders. You will assist the business development team with activities related to commercial opportunities, sales cycle automation, and system administration, in a program designed to stimulate your personal development. This is a full time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract, subject to mutual agreement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Platform & User Administration: Set up free trials and new customers on our back-end platform (SSO), and handle customer requests related to billing or prepaid tokens.
  • CRM Operations & Automation: Update information on CRM (HubSpot) when a deal is closed, and provide support in the generation and iteration of templates, sequences, and workflows.
  • Process & Data Integration: Help with Customer Journey Mapping and SSO - CRM data integration, while assisting with cash collection.
  • Office & Operational Support: Dedicate a few hours approximately every month to tasks related to the Athens office (e.g., ordering office supplies, providing office usage guidelines, coordinating with external vendors such as health and safety technicians).


The Ideal Candidate (Profile)

You have a passion for Sales Operations, especially in the Healthcare/Biotech industry, combined with a curious mindset, learning agility, and a strong desire for personal and professional development.


What you will bring:

  • Education: Senior Student or Recent Graduate with successful studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, Marketing, IT systems, or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Some knowledge or experience in CRM (e.g. HubSpot) or ERP systems.
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal English skills. Advanced knowledge of the French language would be a significant plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the eagerness to work effectively within a global team.
  • Nice to have: Comfort to work with Google sheets and/or Google Docs

Location & Work Setup

  • Hybrid Work: 1 day per week at the Athens office (according to schedule) if you are based in Athens.
  • Remote Work: Available if you are based outside Athens, with occasional meetings in the Athens office during the year.
