We are currently looking for a Platform Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that our internal engineering platform is effectively designed, built, maintained, and adopted by our development teams. This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and developer experience, building the foundation that powers all of our company’s products.

  • Drive Automation & IaC: Develop and manage our Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to automate the provisioning and lifecycle management of Linux-based environments.

  • Administer the Toolchain: Own platform’s core tools, including Rancher for Kubernetes management, ArgoCD for GitOps deployments, and the Prometheus and Grafana stack for observability.

  • Enable our Developers: Act as a key escalation point and subject matter expert, providing hands-on support to troubleshoot complex deployment and dependency issues.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and remediate bottlenecks, improve system reliability, and evaluate new technologies to enhance the overall developer experience.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience in designing and automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.

  • Kubernetes & GitOps: Deep expertise in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including cluster management (e.g., Rancher) and a strong grasp of GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD.
