JOB SUMMARY

This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

Job Profile Summary
The Product Manager leads the discovery, strategy, and delivery of digital solutions that create measurable business value. This role partners across business, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define problems worth solving, align priorities, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience, operational performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Value

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and success metrics aligned to business goals.

  • Build business cases and recommendations using customer insights, market analysis, operational data, and financial information.

  • Monitor product adoption, performance, and business outcomes to guide ongoing strategy.

Discovery & Customer Insights

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, pain points, root causes, and business challenges.

  • Conduct customer, user, and stakeholder research to understand needs, workflows, and motivations.

  • Translate insights into clear problem statements, priorities, and product opportunities.

Systems Thinking & Analysis

  • Evaluate business processes, data flows, technology, and organizational impacts as connected systems.

  • Identify dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs across business domains.

  • Assess solution options, including build-versus-buy considerations, to support long-term value creation.

Product Delivery & Outcomes

  • Partner with Product Owners, analysts, designers, developers, operations, accounting and business teams to move solutions from discovery through delivery.

  • Ensure solutions address business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Support launch, adoption, continuous improvement, and value realization.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Build alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Communicate complex topics clearly for different audiences.

  • Influence decisions through data, structured analysis, and compelling business recommendations.

  • Support change management, adoption, and organizational readiness.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration (BBA or MBA), Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with specific job related experience

  • Master's Degree M.S. or MBA

 

Work Experience

  • 10+ years job related experience with degree; 12+ years directly related experience without degree

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning and product innovation roles in software products and services, of which 3+ years of experience as an agile Product Owner or Product Manager in software development scrum teams, is required

  • Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas: Product Management, Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Maintenance and Support

  • Experience in large scale Agile Software Product Development processes (e.g. SAFe) is preferred

  • Experience with automated data mining/formatting/coding preferred

  • Oil & gas experience preferred but not required

  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria

  • Previous experience working in a Product Line operational model.

  • Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.

  • Hands-on experience in technologies including Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Dynamics, Figma, and/or InVision.

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager of digital products or in Agile Scrum roles such as Product Owner

$116,000.00 - $174,000.00
