Job Overview

BASIC SUMMARY:  

 

The Head of Global FP&A Reporting will own recurring FP&A report production, business intelligence outputs, and performance review materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and executive-ready reporting. Drive consistency in management reporting, BOD slides, monthly financial reviews, KPI reporting, and action-item tracking. Enable performance steering and executive decision-making by translating standardized reporting and business intelligence into clear narratives on results, risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Job Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Finance or related discipline 
  • Experience: 10 years in business finance or FP&A organization

  • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and executive-ready materials under tight timelines
  • Strong storytelling skills with ability to synthesize financial information into actionable insights, performance narratives, and executive decision-support materials
  • Attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Data and systems fluency, including BI tools, reporting platforms, and productivity tools, and performance dashboards

Compensation Data

The hiring range for this position in the US is $170,000/yr. - $210,000/yr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, location and any collective agreements, if applicable. Remote candidates located outside the US should be aware that the relevant pay range varies based on country and location.
