The Head of FP&A Insights and Analytics delivers analytical insights, business intelligence, and reporting governance within the FP&A CoE, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, decision-ready, and compliant with defined standards. Strengthen performance visibility and performance steering through driver-based analytics, KPI governance, data quality discipline, and actionable insight generation. Support scalable reporting, analytics, and executive decision enablement through standardized definitions, automated dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Finance or related discipline
- Experience: 10+ years in business finance or FP&A organization
- Certification/Licensure:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytics, FP&A, and performance management expertise
- Ability to identify insights from complex financial and operational data sets
- Strong data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting governance skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Data and systems fluency, including BI tools, analytics platforms, and financial systems

Compensation Data
The hiring range for this position in the US is $170,000/yr - $210,000/yr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, location and any collective agreements, if applicable. Remote candidates located outside the US should be aware that the relevant pay range varies based on country and location.
