Job description

Job Description

At Sysco GB, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Talent & Development Consultant to help shape the capability, performance and future leadership of our Commercial and Central Functions. Reporting to the Talent & Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in bringing our Talent & Development strategy to life, ensuring colleagues and leaders have the skills, knowledge and support they need to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving business.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines business partnering, programme delivery and talent development. Working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and subject matter experts, you will identify development needs, translate business priorities into impactful learning solutions, and support the creation of strong talent pipelines that enable both individual and organisational growth. You will be responsible for designing, facilitating and embedding engaging learning experiences that drive behavioural change, strengthen leadership capability and deliver measurable business impact.

Success in this role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation. You'll be comfortable partnering with senior leaders, influencing decision-making and acting as a trusted advisor on learning and development initiatives. You will bring a consultative approach, balancing business needs with learning expertise to ensure development solutions are relevant, practical and aligned to strategic objectives.

As an experienced facilitator, you will be confident delivering engaging workshops, leadership programmes and development interventions, creating learning experiences that inspire participation and encourage lasting change. Equally important is your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating activity from initial scoping and design through to implementation and evaluation, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Talent & Development, Learning & Development or Organisational Development, who is passionate about helping people realise their potential. You'll combine strong project management and organisational skills with a collaborative, commercially aware mindset. You will be driven by continuous improvement, using insight, feedback and data to evaluate effectiveness and enhance the impact of learning initiatives.

If you enjoy partnering with stakeholders, facilitating meaningful development experiences, collaborating across teams and delivering talent solutions that make a genuine difference to business performance, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing future talent and leadership capability across Sysco GB.

This role offers a remote working arrangement from anywhere within the UK.
