Job description

This is a remote position.

Fresher 1-2 years experience Business Analyst (with MBA)

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in solution design and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
    • Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables.
    • Ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Create project documentation, workflow diagrams, process maps, and reports.
    • Maintain requirement traceability matrices and project artifacts.
    • Prepare status updates and management reports as needed.

    Requirements

    Required Skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
    • Knowledge of business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.

    Preferred Skills

    • Prior exposure to IT Services Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting.
    • Experience with proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
    • Basic understanding of CRM systems, ERP solutions, or digital transformation projects.
    • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
