Job description

El Rol:

Buscamos un Desarrollador Android Senior Certificado para liderar el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles nativas en Kotlin bajo metodologías ágiles. La persona será responsable de diseñar la arquitectura (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularización), definir buenas prácticas, realizar revisiones de código (code reviews), mentorizar a desarrolladores junior/mid, garantizar la calidad mediante pruebas unitarias/instrumentadas y colaborar directamente con equipos de diseño y backend para la integración de APIs.

Requisitos Obligatorios (Must-Have):

  • CERTIFICACIÓN OBLIGATORIA (Criterio Indispensable): Contar con al menos una certificación oficial o equivalente reconocida en el ecosistema Android/Kotlin:

  • Associate Android Developer Certification

  • Kotlin Developer Certification (JetBrains)

  • Certificación equivalente oficialmente reconocida.

  • Experiencia: 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones Android nativas.

  • Liderazgo Técnico: Experiencia demostrable participando o liderando proyectos como perfil Senior (definición de arquitectura, decisiones técnicas y mentoría).

Conocimientos Técnicos y Deseables:

  • Stack Técnico Principal: Kotlin, Android SDK, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Compose, JUnit / Espresso, Coroutines / Flow e inyección de dependencias (Hilt / Dagger).

  • Deseable: Experiencia previa en agencias/consultoras trabajando con múltiples clientes, publicación/mantenimiento de apps en Google Play Store, manejo de datos offline (APIs REST/GraphQL) y pipelines de CI/CD para mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
