Tax Managers are responsible for the success, retention, and satisfaction of their team and clients by empowering and upskilling staff, overseeing tax compliance services, and developing strong, lasting client relationships. Beyond compliance, Managers drive team execution by setting clear goals, holding staff accountable to deadlines, quality, and revenue metrics, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Tax Managers also identify process and efficiency opportunities, implement solutions within their teams, and collaborate with Senior Managers and firm leadership to enhance client service and team performance. In addition, you will participate in and assist teamwide initiatives to drive process improvements, cross-team communication through collaboration, and enhanced client service.
As a team leader, you will provide strategic guidance and coaching across all staff levels to ensure goals, objectives, and processes are clearly communicated, understood, and consistently executed.
