Clinical Supplies Procurement Specialist

Join a fast-growing healthcare organization helping bring preventive, value-based care closer to patients who need it most. In this full-time remote role based in the Philippines, you will keep clinical teams equipped by managing purchasing, vendors, inventory planning, and procurement workflows that support nationwide healthcare operations.

Opportunity

This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys high-impact operations work: sourcing medical and clinical supplies, keeping purchase orders on track, preventing shortages, and improving the systems that help patient-facing teams deliver care.

You will partner with Clinical Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and external vendors while supporting procurement for medical equipment, diagnostic devices, PPE, specimen collection materials, clinical consumables, and other operational supplies.

What You Will Own

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source and evaluate vendors for clinical, medical, and operational supplies.
  • Compare quotes based on pricing, quality, lead times, and service levels.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and purchasing agreements.
  • Create and manage purchase orders from request through vendor confirmation.
  • Track open orders and resolve delays, shortages, backorders, substitutions, returns, and invoice issues.
  • Maintain vendor files, pricing agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify cost savings, service improvements, and alternate suppliers when needed.

Inventory Planning & Clinical Support

  • Review inventory reports and purchasing needs to help maintain supply availability.
  • Partner with Warehouse Operations on inventory levels, forecasted demand, reorder points, safety stock, and purchasing schedules.
  • Monitor utilization trends and recommend purchasing adjustments.
  • Support supply needs for provider onboarding, field deployments, new programs, and ongoing clinical operations.
  • Help ensure clinical teams have the materials needed for preventive care, assessments, screenings, and care delivery programs.

Airtable, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain procurement workflows, vendor information, product catalogs, purchase requests, purchase orders, approvals, receipts, and statuses in Airtable.
  • Keep procurement documentation accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to open purchase orders, vendor performance, procurement cycle time, inventory trends, supply spend, and cost savings.
  • Recommend ways to standardize, automate, and improve procurement workflows as the organization grows.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical supply operations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with Airtable or a similar cloud-based workflow platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
