About The Role: 
The Sales Associate, Client Solutions is responsible for promoting and consultatively selling ARxIUM's pharmacy automation and workflow solutions to prospective and existing customers throughout Quebec and assigned Canadian territories. The incumbent develops and maintains customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

This role requires fluency in both French and English to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams across Canada and North America. The successful candidate will support sales growth by prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and contributing to the achievement of revenue and sales objectives.

What You'll Be doing:
  • Follow company’s sales process and executes consultative sales strategies based on existing customer’s business needs in order to achieve established business objectives.
  • Execute sales plans to support corporate goals.
  • Achieves annual unit quota goal in sales bookings in assigned territory
  • Appropriately logs and forecasts all territory sales activities in SalesForce.com as required
  • Works directly with Director, Client Solutions and internal subject matter experts to execute new business sales strategies, expansion and maintenance sales strategies, and proposing company solutions to address customer specific needs.
  • Demonstrates initiative in their own professional development such as keeping abreast of the industry and its changes through the use of industry information and company literature.
  • Participates in required sales training that will allow the ARxIUM sales force to continually maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers.
  • Delivers professional presentations to existing and new customers
  • Sales efforts will include calling on and presenting to pharmacy and health system executives (C-Suite), managers, operations staff, individual pharmacy owners, and at times pharmacy customer base such as nursing home administrators and nursing staff.
  • Represents ARxIUM at trade shows.
  • Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet sales objectives.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within selected geographic territory; travels to events such as conferences, national and regional sales meetings. (50% travel).
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Requires two (2+) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, selling in the assigned territory and market
  • Successful record with sales experience
  • Proven track record understanding and meeting quotas
  • Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with current and prospective customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of strategic and consultative selling techniques, and related information
  • Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong understanding of project-based complex solutions selling
  • Strong creativity skills; focused and disciplined
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, Visio, Excel, Project) Share Point and Salesforce experience is preferred).
