Job description

About Tony Robbins, RRI

At Tony Robbins, Robbins Research International, we do not build products. We build experiences that move people. As the world's leading personal development and peak performance organization, our mission is to help people create lasting transformation in their lives, businesses, relationships, and health. Our digital products carry that mission to clients at the moments that matter most, the moments they decide to change.

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of those products, starting with our TR Portal and the mobile app we are building from the ground up. If you are driven by impact, obsessed with craft, and ready to design for people at real turning points in their lives, this is your moment.

🌐 Position: Senior Product Designer

🏆 Robbins Research International (Tony Robbins)

💰 Target Compensation: $120,000 Base

About the Role

This is a senior product design role, not a brand or marketing role. You will be the design lead for the TR Portal, you will design our mobile app from the ground up, and you will help set the tone for our broader digital design footprint.

You will not be handed a brief and told to execute. You will shape the full experience, from the first hard question to the final pixel, across web and native mobile. You will work inside a small, tight-knit team where product, engineering, and design build shoulder to shoulder, with no clean handoffs between what gets designed and what gets shipped. You will own the quality bar before anything goes live, and you will care about whether a product truly works for people, not just whether it looks good.

✅ What You Will Do

  • Lead product design for the TR Portal across web and native mobile.
  • Design our mobile app from the ground up, from concept through launch.
  • Partner with product and engineering from kickoff to ship.
  • Turn ambiguous product challenges into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Identify the right problems to solve before jumping to solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and polished visual design.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design system components and patterns that keep the experience coherent as we scale.
  • Raise the bar for interaction design, visual design, usability, and product thinking.
  • Engage in real technical conversations with engineers so what you design can be built well.
  • Advocate for users so the products you ship are genuinely useful.

✅ What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years designing digital product experiences. We care more about the quality of your work than the exact number, but this is not an entry-level role.
  • A primarily product or application design background. You have designed software that shipped to users and grappled with real UX questions, not just attractive marketing websites.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped product work that shows the features you designed and why those choices made the experience better.
  • Native mobile experience (iOS and/or Android), or strong responsive web application work.
  • Experience designing complex systems, not isolated screens.
  • Strong Figma skills, including prototyping and component-based design.
  • Experience building or evolving design systems.
  • The ability to simplify complex problems into focused, elegant solutions.
  • Clear communication and the confidence to explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
  • A high standard for quality and detail, and a low-ego, collaborative style.

✅ Nice to Have

  • Consumer-facing product experience.
  • Background in personal development, education, coaching, wellness, media, community, or subscription products.
  • Fluency with AI tools, HTML/CSS, Framer, or other advanced prototyping tools.
  • Comfort in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $120,000. This is a full-time, remote position open anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Why This Role

This is a chance to design meaningful experiences at the intersection of transformation, technology, and human potential. You will lead the design of products that reach people at pivotal moments, work with a high-caliber product and engineering team, and define the next generation of Tony Robbins digital experiences.

💻 How to Apply

Apply through the link in this post. You will be asked focused questions about your product design background, your experience designing for native mobile or responsive web applications, how you approach design systems, and how you partner with product and engineering to ship real software.

Example: In your application, one question will ask you to walk through a shipped product you are most proud of designing, including the features you designed and why those choices made the user experience better.

We personally review every submission. If your application moves forward, you will hear from us within a few business days.
