You will be responsible for evaluating deal economics, merchant pricing, and overall commercial viability to support profitable growth while maintaining sales efficiency. This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, assess deal performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate for this role combines strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review and evaluate deal requests to ensure alignment with pricing strategies, profitability targets, and business objectives.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Billing teams to structure complex deals, including pricing, discounting, and contractual considerations.

  • Analyze merchant statements and deal economics across software, hardware, and payments to assess profitability and overall business value.

  • Support the development and refinement of pricing and profitability models to optimize revenue generation and customer outcomes.

  • Provide guidance to Sales teams on deal structure and pricing decisions, leveraging historical trends, data insights, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of deal approvals, pricing decisions, and contract terms to support reporting and compliance standards.

  • Manage sales compensation updates and deal-related processes within Salesforce.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in an analytical, operations, finance, or administrative role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ tools is a bonus, but not needed!
