Job description

Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing marketing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure projects meet business objectives and customer needs.

  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Analyze project performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead post-project reviews to assess outcomes and learnings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not required).
