Summary

The integrated marketing operations specialist plays a critical role supporting the integrated marketing team as they are responsible for ensuring proper campaign setup, data accuracy, optimized assets specs, tagging/pixel implementation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

This person has working knowledge of multiple ad servers and analytics platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, social publishing tools, content management systems, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Ability to work across multiple accounts and departments on a daily basis, efficiently organizing workflows and delivering on deadlines is a must.

Job Description

Assists with the implementation, management, and execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring all activities are aligned with marketing goals. Performs end-to-end campaign quality assurance, which includes: campaigns direct to correct landing page, content on page aligns with campaign, CTAs on page align with goals outlined in marketing plans, naming conventions for UTM parameters are correct for digital assets, analytics dashboard metrics align with marketing plan KPIs. Optimizes campaign user journey, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience across multiple platforms. Assist with the deployment and management of tracking tags via Google Tag Manager to ensure proper performance tracking. Monitor campaign delivery to ensure proper execution, providing troubleshooting support for creative and publisher issues, and escalating to third-party vendors as necessary. Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity, particularly in platforms like Marketing Cloud Intelligence, while proactively seeking ways to improve processes and grow reporting value Ability to analyze and evaluate information and troubleshoot errors with keen attention to detail. Must be able to organize and prioritize workload to meet a variety of conflicting deadlines. Proficient in a variety of technical and web-based platforms. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best-practices, new tools and technology.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, business information systems, programming, statistics or a closely related field is required.

Minimum of 3 years of professional level experience in performance media, marketing analytics and data visualization, preferably at an agency or can demonstrate comfortability working in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere.

Certifications in Google Tag Manager, Google Ad Manager or Google Marketing Platform is preferred.
