About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to accelerate growth, expand market share, and drive customer success across the East Coast of the United States.
This is a remote role, and candidates must reside within the East Coast region of the US.

What You Will Own
This is a dynamic role combining channel leadership and direct engagement with end users.
50% Channel Management
  • Develop, support, and grow Kramer's reseller and distribution partner network.
  • Strengthen relationships with channel partners and identify opportunities for growth.
50% End-User Development
  • Build trusted relationships with end users through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Generate new business opportunities and increase Kramer adoption across key verticals.
You will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening Kramer’s presence throughout the East Coast territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, consultants, and end users.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Represent Kramer at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with regional and global sales teams while operating with a high level of autonomy.
  • Resolve customer issues related to sales and service.
  • Travel throughout the territory as needed (up to 75%).
What You Bring
  • Must reside within the East Coast region of the United States.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the Pro AV and IT industries.
  • Experience selling directly to dealers or to end customers through a dealer channel.
  • Strong understanding of Professional AV, networking, collaboration technologies, and IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and manage complex customer relationships.
  • Established relationships with channel partners, consultants, and end users within the territory.
  • Experience with value-added, solution-based selling.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and strong professional credibility.
