As a member of the ICIMS legal team, you will have a direct impact by advising and supporting all areas of the organization as we continue to transform recruiting for our customers. Our team needs another creative problem-solver who’s cool under pressure and brings exceptional judgment and creativity to devise practical advice that appropriately weighs our legal and business objectives. You’ll help us negotiate complex SaaS agreements and issues relating to artificial intelligence, data privacy, and security matters with name brand, global organizations. This role works closely with our strategic and enterprise sales organization, key stakeholders across our engineering, product, support, professional services, marketing, and talent teams to support their needs and help us develop and implement new products and business initiatives.
To succeed, you’ll need to be able to expertly identify nuanced legal issues with an eye to our business needs, and devise ways for the business to forge ahead when faced with potential roadblocks. This position can be remote-based or based out of our Holmdel, NJ offices.

Compensation and Benefits:We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000-180,000 annually. In addition, the estimated on-target earnings (“OTE”), which includes base salary and bonus will be from $180,000-200,000. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
