Overview:

At Groups, the Director of Growth Marketing & Analytics leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of our member acquisition engine. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth across paid, organic, lifecycle, and emerging marketing channels while building and supporting the measurement and analytics that enable data-driven decision-making. The Director partners closely with Marketing, Member Access, Operations, Product, and Analytics to maximize member acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and continuously optimize the member journey.


The Director of Growth Marketing & Analytics will manage external agency partners supporting acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing initiatives. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing & Growth.

 

Fully Remote work (Not available to residents of: AK, AR, CA, HI, ID, MD, NE, SD, UT, WY).

Salary Range $155k - $192k + Bonus + Benefits

  • Own the end-to-end member acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, referral, and emerging growth channels.
  • Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital acquisition investments to maximize qualified member acquisition and return on investment.
  • Optimize the member acquisition funnel through experimentation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop marketing forecasts, investment strategies, and budget allocation models that maximize growth while balancing operational capacity.
  • Partner closely with Member Access and Operations to align demand generation with appointment availability, ensuring efficient and sustainable growth.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to ensure marketing data is accurate, reliable, and actionable while improving data quality, attribution, and reporting.
  • Translate marketing and business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences that connect marketing investments to business outcomes.
  • Lead marketing technology platforms, analytics capabilities, and agency partnerships to build a scalable, high-performing growth engine.
  • Identify, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities through continuous experimentation and market analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform acquisition strategy and marketing investment decisions.
  • This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to build a team; at which point you would provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for direct reports and external agency partners while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Travel up to 20% as business needs require.

 

 

This position is fully remote, however, for this role, we are prioritizing candidates who align with the Eastern time zone (EDT/EST) for consistent overlap and availability with our core clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • Experience with marketing attribution, forecasting, reporting, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing conversion funnels through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation technologies.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms, agency relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use discretion and work independently under general supervision.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and optimizing return on investment through data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with analytics, product, and operations teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Healthcare, consumer technology, or high-growth services experience preferred.
  • For remote roles, access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening. Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid, and license/credential verifications.
